PEEK Oil Seal Support Ring – Shaft Anti-Leakage Positioning Support is a creep-resistant, high-temperature positioning and support component specifically engineered for rotating shafts in precision rotating equipment. It is widely used in industrial transmission systems, hydraulic equipment and precision motor shaft sealing and protection applications.

The product is made from creep-resistant modified high-temperature PEEK material and precision-machined by CNC, resulting in accurate ring roundness, flat end faces and extremely tight dimensional tolerances. This ensures a close fit with the shaft, stable positioning without offset, and reliable long-term seal support.

With an optimized PEEK material formulation, the product delivers significantly improved creep resistance, maintaining support and sealing accuracy even under long-term pressure and high-temperature operating conditions without loosening or deformation.

PEEK oil seal support rings offer excellent temperature resistance and are suitable for continuous high-temperature operation. They also provide outstanding wear resistance, oil resistance and media corrosion resistance, effectively withstanding the attack of lubricating oils and hydraulic media to prevent oil seal offset, leakage and wear failure.
